The winner of the 2012 WSFA Small Press Award was “The Patrician” by Tansy Rayner Roberts, published in Love and Romanpunk, by Twelfth Planet Press, May 2011, edited by Alisa Krasnostein. WSFA Small Press Award Committee Chair Cathy Green presented the award during the Capclave 2012 Convention in Gaithersburg Maryland.
