2018 Emmy Awards Nominees

The nominations for the 2018 Emmy Awards were announced July 12. Leading all nominees were Game Of Thrones (22), followed by Saturday Night Live (21) and Westworld (21). The Emmy Awards will be presented on NBC on September 17.

  1. Even though it appears in the “Directing for a Comedy Series” category, I would submit that Hiro Murai’s direction of the “Teddy Perkins” episode of “Atlanta” would qualify as genre related. I thought “Teddy Perkins” was one of the better examples of contemporary horror that I’ve recently seen on the small screen.
