The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America (SFWA, Inc.) announced the winners of the 55th Annual Nebula Awards in a livestreamed ceremony on May 30.
The Nebula Awards, given annually, recognize the best works of science fiction and fantasy published in the previous year. They are selected by members of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America. The first Nebula Awards were presented in 1966.

Additionally, Ambassador Carol Moseley Braun addressed the festivities with a message for the Nebula audience.

Gotta say, New Day is eerily timely this year!
Judging by the comments I’ve seen on Twitter re the Nebula Weekend’s panels, presentations, and other options,, SFWA’s team may have set the gold standard for online conventioneering.
Congratulations to the winners! Glad to hear the livestream went well. I can see a couple repeat winners possible come Hugo time. Nice to see some of the things which aren’t on the Hugo ballot win here.
Congratulations to the winners! I really enjoyed the ceremony and loved seeing all the bookshelves! Cried at both Fran Wilde and Sarah Pinsker’s speeches. A SONG FOR A NEW DAY was wonderful, and I’m looking forward to reading the finalists who I haven’t yet read.
