Issued as an eBook for the first time, the volume contains the full text of earlier collections published in paper a couple of decades ago.

    I think that makes him really, really modest.

  2. It might be modesty, or it might be that the prevailing ethic among our generation of fans is that winners of fan Hugos don’t trumpet that on the covers of their professional work.

    However, some publishers feel that’s fair game. I recently noticed there had been a reissue of Alexis Gilliland’s Rosinante series which listed his Hugo-winning status on the cover — even though his wins were for Best Fan Artist…
