The Canadian Unity Fan Fund (CUFF) is looking for nominees to be the delegate from Western Canada to the SFContrario 6 in Toronto in November.

CUFF provides for a Canadian sf/fantasy fan to travel to Canvention on the opposite side of the country. Canvention is the annual convention of the Canadian Science Fiction and Fantasy Association.

Fans seeking to be nominated for CUFF this year must email Debra Yeung ([email protected]) with a self-descripton and explanation why this would be beneficial for themselves and their communities. In addition, the application must have a minimum of three Canadian supporters from the East and three from the West. More details available here.

Final voting will run June 1-30. Anyone may vote for CUFF who has been active in Canadian fandom for two years prior to the Canvention or anyone who has a membership to Can-Con 2013. Voters are required to make a donation to the fund of at least $5.00.
