By John King Tarpinian: On Saturday, Vroman’s Bookstore in Pasadena, CA, established in 1894, hosted their first ever artist exhibition inspired by an author. For the first exhibition they selected George Cwirko-Godycki, an artist whose work was inspired by Ray Bradbury. Why did they select Bradbury for this first event? For a decade or two Ray would do a signing at this bookshop each Halloween.
I am not sure which of my poor photos Mike will select to show but I was able to recognize each story the illustration was based on without having to read the title.
George Cwirko-Godycki is a freelance artist and illustrator based in San Francisco.

That’s some really nice work. Anyone know how much, if any, of it was produced and published in 2015..?
Prints were anywhere from $40-$60, unframed. Vroman’s has matted/framed editions for more at their bookshop.

Do you know if the prints are available online at all? I had a poke around the artist’s website and didn’t find anything, but that’s as far as I got and I might’ve just missed it.
