  1. I just want to say that my interaction with the IRT (“LJB took the IRT down to Fourth Street USA”…oops, sorry) was extremely positive and helpful. I would have been one of the ones that reported previously harassing behavior, and I believe my report was one of the ones that did not require any additional action on the part of the IRT. What they did do, though, was ensure my comfort at a programming event that I was responsible for, and did so in such a way that it was low profile and made me feel completely comfortable while leading a discussion of a sexually charged issue. In particular, Mark Oshiro was charming, funny, and wonderful, and I so wish I’d written down the names of the other two people I talked to, because they were also wonderful.
