The Whispers, a story of alien invasion, is coming to ABC as a one-hour drama pilot starring American Horror Story’s” Lily Rabe.

The projected series, formerly known as The Visitors and Forever, is based on Ray Bradbury’s short story “Zero Hour” in which aliens use children to help with their invasion.

Variety reports Under the Dome’s Soo Hugh wrote the pilot for Amblin Television/ABC Studios and is exec producing with Darryl Frank, Justin Falvey, Steven Spielberg and Dawn Olmstead.
