  1. It’s great to see Jerry Goldsmith commemorated for his work on Logan’s Run, an adaptation of the William F. Nolan and George Clayton Johnson novel; their good friend Ray Bradbury also saw his work enhanced by Goldsmith’s creativity, dating back to CBS Radio Workshop adaptations of Bradbury stories (1956) on through his late 1960s soundtrack for The Illustrated Man and the Christus Apollo cantata, composed around Bradbury’s well-known space-age poem.
