    You may be interested in this alternative: there are two places that I know of with that similar-sounding name: Nineveh, and Ninevah. One’s a prominent lake.

    I do know they had a President Obamer in X’s reality and other variations on our own reality that don’t perfectly match. However which Nineveh/Ninevah this is remains to be seen.
