I Am Not A Trademark Lawyer, but I suspect that Colin’s point is about improper use of the Lego brand name as a noun. I think “VII Million Lego Bricks” would probably be considered more acceptable.
Colin did seem to be having a “more in sorrow than in anger” moment there. Perhaps that’s why.
