I also always look forward to the Star Wars themed minor league baseball promotions on this date, although as Ben Hill explains on MiLB.com, there are none on the exact date in 2015 because clubs feel it’s a waste to run a promotion for a Monday crowd.

Several clubs solved that problem by celebrating May the Fourth over the weekend — the Round Rock Express (Friday), Jackson Generals (Saturday) and Mississippi Braves (Saturday). Here are the Star Wars jerseys team members wore on those days.
