The 2019 Inky Award winners were announced September 4. The award recognizes achievement in young adult literature – the Gold Inky given for Australian titles, and the Silver Inky for international titles.

The Inky Awards are selected by teenagers, with the shortlist created by a team of teen Inky Awards judges, and the winners voted on by Australian teenagers aged 12-19.
