Film Nominations Announced for 30th Annual Critics Choice Awards

The Critics Choice Association (CCA) has announced the film category nominees for the 30th Annual Critics Choice Awards.

Two works of genre interest are at the top of the field. Wicked (tied with Conclave) leads with 11 nominations, while Dune: Part Two (tied with Emilia Pérez) follows with 10 nominations.  All four films are nominated for Best Picture.

Deadpool & Wolverine is up for Best Comedy – does that sound right or wrong?

The winners will be announced on January 12.
