Ellison Drops “In Time” Lawsuit

Harlan Ellison has dropped his lawsuit against director Andrew Niccol and New Regency which alleged their film In Time infringed his rights to “’Repent, Harlequin!’ Said the Ticktockman, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Ellison voluntarily dismissed the suit with prejudice. As part of the agreement, each party will bear its own attorney fees.
