Sci-Fi Humor Roundup

Compiled by Carl Slaughter:

  • J.J. Abrams if movies ended like YouTube videos.  Case in point, ending of Force Awakens.

  • Captain America versus Trump

More videos follow the jump.

  • Technology versus vocal cords

  • Batgirl auditions

  • Batman tries to join Marvel

  • Stranger Things ad

“Stranger Things ’80s-Style Ad Teases Season 3 Premiere; New Cast Member” at ScreenRant.

The official Netflix YouTube account posted an ’80s-inspired spot touting the wonders of the brand new Starcourt Mall in Hawkins. In addition to having an abundance of stores for all members of the family, it’s also home to a great food court. It’s here Steve and his new friend (played by Hawke) work at the Scoops Ahoy ice cream shop. At the end of the video, there’s a title card that reads “Coming Next Summer!” Many have theorized this is the season 3 premiere window.

  • Deadpool parody musical

“Deadpool Takes On The Avengers And The X-Men In Hilarious Parody Video” at We Got This Covered.

Deadpool Musical (H/T ComicBook.com) – whom you might recall as the team behind 2017’s hilarious Beauty and the Beast/Deadpool mashup – has published a sequel to the aforementioned fan parody, conveniently titled Deadpool 2 The Musical, and it’s as rollicking and irreverent as you could’ve hoped.

You can sing along to the splattering of blood below…
