2018 Kitschies Announced

The recipients of the 2018 Kitschies were named in a ceremony sponsored by Blackwell’s on April 15. The awards are given to “the year’s most progressive, intelligent and entertaining fiction that contain elements of the speculative or fantastic.” The winners receive a total of £2,000 in prize money, as well as one of the prize’s iconic Tentacle trophies.

The Red Tentacle (Novel)

The Golden Tentacle (Debut)

  • Frankenstein In Baghdad by Ahmed Saadawi;
