It looks like a DOG (not-cat) to me, and the anthology contains no-story attributed to anyone with the moniker Filer Jayn (unless, of course, that is a nickname known only to the select few.)

@Paul Bates–Dora is a Chinese Crested dog, a breed well known to be 1/4 dog, 1/4 cat, 1/4 monkey, and 1/4 human. She is recognized here as being as good a Credential as any other cat.
Jayn is a regular here, and that is how she asked me to identify her when I asked her permission to post this. I think she will be recognizable in the table of contents to many Filers, though not necessarily all.
In the TOC I’m Jane Sand, to be less whimsical with my spelling.
