  1. “Thousand Year Old Vampire” won; yay for that! It’s a solo RPG that’s basically a guided-writing exercise. You narrate the life of a vampire, inventing its initial memories and then use a die to randomly select a series of story prompts. Sometimes to do something you need to cross off one of the vampire’s memories. See Shut Up and Sit Down’s video review for more. It also won in a design category, because the physical book is rendered as a wonderful collage of library book stamps, medieval graphics, and taped-in annotations.
