2022 Writers Guild Awards

The winners of the 2022 Writers Guild Awards for outstanding achievement in writing for film, television, new media, news, radio/audio, and promotional categories were announced March 20 by the Writers Guild of America West (WGAW) and Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) during a joint, virtual ceremony.

The lone winner of genre interest was Don’t Look Up by Adam McKay which won the Original Screenplay category,
