  1. I enjoyed the episode and I wish that programs from CBS All Access would eventually show up on Netflix DVD but they don’t. I may end up buying the DVDs rather than subscribing to a TV service I don’t really need. Hulu original content does end up on Netflix.

  2. @Mike: I suspect this offer is only available in the US.

@Linda: Sadly, this appears to be the direction of travel in the industry. Fans of one particular show will be forced to subscribe to a channel they;re otherwise not interested in, or wait for a DVD/Blu-ray release.

  3. I saw this episode. Thanks, Mike. I thought it was OK–not good, not bad. I was disappointed there were five writers on the script and I wonder what Michael Chabon’s contribution to the show was. I also wondered why the show has fade to black commercial breaks in it,

  4. @Linda

I waited for the first season of DOOM PATROL to become available other than streaming-service subscription, and bought the DVDs as soon as they came out.

(It’s not like I don’t have literally hundreds of other movies and tv series already on a wishlist to watch….)
